Samuel Westby

PhD Research Assistant

Sam is a third-year PhD student in Network Science. He focuses on how technology can enhance networks of people in various contexts, from small teams to cities. Previously, Sam published research on using AI to detect and resolve disagreements in small groups, and currently, he is studying the impact of AR/VR technology on the labor market. He has a B.S. in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
